Yes, we currently have a full-size floor mat display available for your showroom. It measures approximately 18 inches high, 20 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. The display holds one full-size driver-side mat along with a product information card. We also include an 18×24 inch promotional poster for wall or window display, complete with adhesive strips for easy mounting. Reach out if you need one for your showroom.

F100 and R100 Series Products

These products come with a 3-year warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Issues such as cracks, leaks, or fitment problems not caused by customer misuse are covered under this warranty. The warranty also covers the retention device, which can be replaced if damaged.

However, signs of wear, punctures, or cuts caused by sharp objects or improper use are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Findway Canada Inc. directly. A proof of purchase showing the product and purchase date is required. We may also request photos or additional details to help verify the issue and process the claim. The warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return items within 60 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. A full refund willbe issued upon receiving the returned items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent). We do not accept C.O.D (Cash on

Delivery) returns.

Return Process for Customers

In-store purchases:

Customers who purchased their items from a dealer in-store must return the items to the dealer to

initiate the return process. Dealers shall refund the customer, and we will refund the dealer the

full amount once we receive the items back. We recommend dealers follow our return policy.

Drop-shipping purchases:

Findway Canada Inc. can provide dealers' clients with a return shipping label to return items

directly to us. We will issue a refund to the dealer upon receiving the returned items. To initiate a return, the buyer must contact Findway Canada Inc. at sales@findway.ca with their reasons for return and proof of purchase
