Work through these in order. Most fit issues resolve at step one or two.
1. Give the liner time to flatten. Liners are folded for shipping and can arrive with slight bends. This is the most common cause of an apparent fit problem.
- For floor liners, gently fold any deformed edges outward and hold them for a few seconds, then let the liner return to its shape naturally.
- For cargo liners, lay the liner flat in a warm area, or use a hair dryer on a low setting. Placing a heavy object along the sides speeds this up.
2. Check your installation. Make sure you removed your factory mats first, that the liner is aligned to the floor contours, and that the retention device is seated on your vehicle's factory anchor points. Full installation instructions are at findway.ca.
3. Check your vehicle details. Confirm the liner matches your exact make, model, and year. Trim level, seating configuration, powertrain, and drivetrain can all affect footwell shape, so a liner for the same model in a different configuration may not fit.
4. Contact us. Email sales@findway.ca or call (416) 858-1486. Send your vehicle's make, model, and year, any interior modifications, and photos of the fit issue.
Important: Do not drive with a liner that is not sitting correctly, particularly on the driver side. Confirm it does not contact the pedals before driving.
Regular cleaning and maintenance helps prolong the life of your mats and keeps them looking great over time.
Here are some tips to help clean Findway mats:
- Avoid letting water sit on top of the mats. Keep a towel handy to soak up excess water or liquid.
- A quick wipe-down with a bucket of warm water and a microfiber towel will remove light salt stains.
- Brush off pieces of debris and rocks to prevent scratching and permanent dents
- Quick rinse or power wash is acceptable
- For deeper cleans, use mild, gentle soap and soft- medium bristle brush.
- We recommend the Purewash from our friends at ottoguys.ca
- For Winter / Salt Buildup, Let your soap dwell for 2–3 minutes before scrubbing
- For Heavy Mud: Do a second scrub with soapy water

If you are certain your package has been stolen, there are a number of steps you can take:
- Contact the carrier to ensure the package was delivered in the agreed-upon manner. If you purchased insurance, they may reimburse you.
- If necessary, file a police report. Generally, a buyer must be able to prove that the package’s loss was not their fault to be reimbursed. Filing a report with the local police will not only help your claim, but it may also help keep a thief from striking again.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check with neighbours or contact the carrier to file a claim.
